Dungeon Solitaire – Terms of Service

Welcome to Dungeon Solitaire (“Dungeon Solitaire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Dungeon Solitaire is a mobile game that combines solitaire gameplay with dungeon-crawling mechanics and hero abilities. By downloading, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play Dungeon Solitaire. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Dungeon Solitaire for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

3. Gameplay, Progress, and Virtual Content

  • Progress and unlocks may be reset, modified, or rebalanced at any time
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of progress

If the app is deleted or data is lost, progress may not be recoverable.

  • All sales are final, except as required by law

  • Gameplay outcomes (including losing… or dying in the dungeon)

Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.
